I am a mother of three girls and native to Michigan, but my family and I have lived all over. While I have a professional background in Higher Education working with students as they navigated the college-going process, I am also pursuing my second master’s degree with a concentration in School Counseling at the elementary + middle school levels. I find great joy in helping children learn how to best manage their emotions… because kids FEEL BIG!
I babysat in my hometown during high school and became a part-time nanny for a family all through my college years at the University of Michigan. I am from a large family and can thrive in loud, energetic, and hectic households just as easily as I can in calmer, peaceful ones. I love to be creative; let’s play games, make crafts, and be silly! You can often find me having a dance party with my girls!
Fun Fact: I am married to a football coach so we’re a huge sports family–with just a little bit of that competitive spirit (wink, wink)!
