I am 17 years old and a Junior at Freedom High school. I have been playing club softball for 9 years now and on my Varsity team for 3 years. In school, I am very active in Student Government and help mentor Freshman to focus on academics.
As the youngest of three girls, I have learned many things from my older siblings and what it means to take care of young children. Coming from a big family, the guidance and influence you have the ability to impose on kids has been instilled on me. My childcare experience began with babysitting for my family and then the families in my neighborhood. I also volunteer for the Gasparilla Run every year and also the Walk for Alzheimer’s. Every year I participate in an event my school hosts where 200 first graders come and get assigned a high school student to engage with activities and games for the day.
I am CPR/ AED and First Aid certified.
On my free time I enjoy playing softball, spending time with my family, singing, playing with my puppy and spending time outdoors.
